LCBO Extends Hours for Holiday Shoppers

For the convenience of holiday shoppers, select LCBO stores have begun extending their shopping hours. During this period, many liquor stores that normally close at 6:00 p.m. will stay open as late as 10:00 p.m., while stores that normally stay open late will maintain their regular hours. Some LCBO stores are also extending their hours on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

LCBO stores will open at regular hours and close at 6:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, and onNew Year's Eve, Saturday, December 31.

All LCBO stores and head office will be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, Boxing Day, Monday, December 26 and New Year's Day, Sunday, January 1, 2012. LCBO stores and the helloLCBO Contact Centre will re-open on Tuesday, December 27.

LCBO agency stores must close on Christmas Day and New Year's Day; however, some may choose to open on Boxing Day.

Customers should check for individual store hours with their local LCBO store or online at www.lcbo.com using the 'Store Search' feature.
